I currently offer free delivery in the UK (I normally use Royal Mail).
I also deliver to the USA: ask me for rates.
To buy a scarf or artwork, please email me (or use the contact details at the bottom of this page).
Tell me which one(s) you are interested in and I'll get back to you to confirm availability, delivery and payment options. I'm also happy to answer any questions about my work.
My preferred payment methods is electronic bank transfer. I can also invoice via SumUp for payment by credit/debit cards.
Returns
Please contact me before returning any item.
You have consumer rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See consumer advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau for useful information on your rights.
For online orders, you have a right to cancel your order within 14 days - simply inform me within 14 days of receipt of the goods to say you will be returning them and return the goods to me within the following 14 days. Once I have received them and confirmed that they are in the same condition as I sold them to you, I will arrange a refund. Your return shipping cost is not compensated in the refund. If goods are faulty or damaged you have other consumer rights.
